If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can change the delivery address. Please click here and change your address yourself in our customer portal.

If your order has already left our warehouse, unfortunately we can no longer cancel or change the order. You can try contacting the courier to see if they can redirect your parcel. If the courier is unable to change the address, your parcel may be returned. If this is the case, please contact us and we will be happy to help you 😊.
